The Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis participated for the first time in an International Exhibition at Specialised Expo 1986 Vancouver. Since then, it has regularly participated in World and Specialised Expos. In order to strengthen its involvement in Expos, the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis joined the BIE in 1997.
